NOARQ | M2
TROFA, PORTO, PORTUGAL
"M2 is a house located in a rural area on declining terrain. The conformation of the ground is the aspect that most conditions the morphology of the project.
The house is configured as a hollow parallelepiped which rests gently on the ground.
A large telescope opens onto the hills of Trofa, directing the visitor's view and isolating it from the rest. Its roof is actually a red brick terrace alternating with a vegetable carpet that brings the rural context above its surface. Here a large rectangular hole illuminates the entrance and the living area of the house, framing the sky while creating a first visual glimpse for the visitor who will however advance to have a complete perception of the picture in which he is located."
